New Tuzla Canton government elected with Edis Dervisagic as Prime Minister

Earlier on Thursday, the Assembly confirmed the appointment of new ministers:

• Stjepan Glavacak – Minister of Interior


• Idana Mahic – Minister of Culture and Sports for Youth


• Suzana Ostojic – Minister of Education and Science


• Nedzad Uzeirovic – Minister of Agriculture and Forestry


• Anela Ajsic – Minister of Spatial Planning


• Eldar Cajic – Minister of Trade, Tourism, and Transport


• Nedeljko Ilic – Minister of Justice


• Mensurd Hurtic – Minister for Veterans’ Affairs


• Senad Memic – Minister of Economy


• Samir Cipurkovic – Minister of Health

Addressing the assembly, Prime Minister Dervisagic emphasized the government’s commitment to development and progress.

"Today, we gather for a special occasion – the appointment of the Tuzla Canton Government. We are laying the foundation for future development and the well-being of our community. This government is dedicated to improvements, with a particular focus on education, healthcare, and infrastructure. Special attention will be given to young people. We are aware of the many challenges ahead, and transparency will be our guiding principle. It is essential to establish a broader consensus," Dervisagic stated.
