Public kindergartens across Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity will have no heating as of Tuesday due to a gas pipeline breaking down in Bulgaria and it remains unknown when the problem will be fixed.
Parents of children that go to public daycare centres said that they were informed of this on Monday.
