OHR condemns RS decision regarding Constitutional Court BiH

The Republika Srpska entity National Assembly's (RSNA) attempt to undermine the authority of the BiH Constitutional Court is an unacceptable offence against the Dayton Peace Agreement, a serious challenge to the rule of law in the RS, and an assault on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Office of the High Representative (OHR) tweeted Wednesday, in response to RS’ Law on the Non-Enforcement of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina which was adopted Tuesday evening.
