OSCE: Mostar citizens have high expectations from new mayor

"We welcome the election of new Mayor and City Council speaker of #Mostar. Mostar citizens have high expectations and deserve the new leadership that will foster constructive dialogue and address the most pressing issues, for the benefit of all," the OSCE tweeted.
Mario Kordic, a member of Bosnia’s Croat Democratic Union (HDZ BiH), was elected in the third round of the mayoral vote in Mostar with a majority of 17 votes. His opponent from the Coalition for Mostar, Zlatko Guzin, got 16 votes. Two votes were invalid.
