OSCE warns draft RS Constitution violates Bosnia’s constitutional order

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has raised serious concerns over the draft Constitution of Republika Srpska (RS), warning that it directly violates the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In a statement, the OSCE stressed that the proposed document poses a dangerous attempt to undermine the state’s legal framework, weaken institutional integrity, and intensify political divisions.
