Croatian citizen Viktor Zerjav, whose disappearance was reported back in 2020, was found in the Sarajevo area, the Federation entity Police Administration (FUP) confirmed Thursday.
As stated in the press release, Zerjav was found by the police officers. After establishing his identity and questioning him, Zerjav was handed over to the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs, which operates under the Ministry of Security of BiH. He was reported as a missing person in the area of Sibenik on August 4, 2020, when the Croatian police issued a so-called yellow warrant for missing persons.
In the Croatian police’ national records of missing persons, it is stated that Zerjav was born in 1964 in Zagreb, that he resides in Sibenik, and that the circumstances under which he disappeared are “adventure.”
