Two police officers and one football fan were injured on Saturday in a brawl in the southern city of Mostar, which emerged after two rival fan groups confronted over a spot where both attempted to draw graffiti, according to unofficial information.

Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Internal Affairs Ministry confirmed that the police intervened on Saturday afternoon after the clash of football fan groups in central Mostar, which left two police officers injured.

Another person, who took part in the brawl, suffered severe injuries and was hospitalised at the University Clinical Centre Mostar.
