According to preliminary and unconfirmed election results provided by the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), opposition's joint candidate Denis Becirovic leads in the race for the Bosniak member of tripartite Presidency, ahead of SDA's Bakir Izetbegovic, with 56.08 percent of the total of the counted votes.
According to the same source, Zeljko Komsic is far ahead of his opponent Borjana Kristo, as candidate for the Croat member of the Presidency with 70 percent of the counted votes.
The latest results come from the total of 74 percent of counted votes for the Presidency in the Bosniak-Croat shared part of the country, the Federation entity (FBiH), provided by the SDA election centre.
As for the available information in Republika Srpska, Bosnia's Serb-majority entity, the opposition PDP party claims its candidate for the post of Republika Srpska President Jelena Trivic leads ahead of Milorad Dodik, the leader of the ruling SNSD party, while SNSD's candidate for the Serb member of Bosnia's Presidency Zeljka Cvijanovic has significant lead ahead of the opposition candidate Mirko Sarovic.
The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina is yet to provide the official preliminary results.
