Dusica Radovanovic Grubac, spokesperson for the Prosecutor's Office, stated that they have not yet received a formal complaint but will start an investigation based on media reports and Srna's inquiries.

Dodik claimed last month that names of living individuals are engraved on gravestones at the Memorial Center in Potocari and are listed in a special CIPS record in BiH. He presented a CIPS list at a press conference in Srebrenica, showing 87 names he asserts belong to living people listed as victims of the Srebrenica genocide. This list was also published by Srna.

Previously, SNSD parliament member Milorad Kojic claimed that 816 names on the Potocari memorial were never registered in the pre-war civil status database.
