The organizer of the protest is the informal group of citizens ReSTART BiH who will also offer solutions for Bosnia and Herzegovina because, they believe the High Representative Christian Schmidt, failed to do so.
A small group of citizens gathered in front of the BiH Parliament building and said they will visit three locations. They will walk to the buildings of the US Embassy, the EU Delegation and the Office of the High Representative (OHR). The reason for the protest was “the need to express the opinion of citizens on potential solutions for the electoral system of BiH.”
Specifically, they are dissatisfied with the decision of the High Representative with the imposed solutions that unblocked the establishment of the Federation (FBiH) entity’s Government.
Kenan Bijedic, one of the protesters, said that OHR and Schmidt are frauds and liars who want to kill democracy and everything civic in the country.

"Then Belgrade and Zagreb can roam around and do whatever they want. We want to drive him out. Schmidt is lying. He said he would take us to Europe. He introduced apartheid in BiH. The responsibility of BiH politicians is enormous. They would sell their families to sit in the armchair," he said.
