Raging forest fire sparks between Nevesinje and Konjic as emergency crews battle blazes across the region

The blaze features an extensive front line, with rugged geography severely hampering ground efforts to contain the flames since it was first reported on Tuesday evening.

Emergency services are also tackling multiple other outbreaks across the region. In Konjic, crews responded to a forest fire in the Previja-Cagare zone alongside a grass and low-vegetation fire in Blace.

Meanwhile, firefighters in Mostar battled separate vegetation blazes in Baćevići and Kosor during the day, while a similar incident involving burning grass and undergrowth was reported in Čeljevo within the Čapljina municipality.
