RS entity Assembly Speaker: High Rep's actions caused tensions in Bosnia

The request of Bosnia’s international administrator to the parliament of the country’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity, asking it to annul the decorations it awarded to convicted war criminals, caused tensions in Bosnia and had ulterior motives, RS National Assembly Speaker, Nedeljko Cubrilovic, told N1 on Friday.
