RS parliament to discuss withdrawal of judges from BiH Const Court on Wednesday
Republika Srpska (RS) entity parliament will hold a special session Wednesday to discuss property ownership, the withdrawal of Serb judges from the BiH Constitutional Court, as well as the abolition of the time limit on the parliament’s conclusions on the return of RS competencies in the fields of the BiH Armed Forces, taxes and the judiciary.
"Information on the conclusions of the RS National Assembly (RSNA) from February 16, 2020, in which the judges of the Constitutional Court of BiH are invited to withdraw from that institution has been prepared. Thus, the Constitutional Court of BiH would have legitimacy, but not legality. That would make its decisions even more meaningless.
