Sarajevo Mayor gets support of Jewish community in Bosnia

“After I posted last night about the unpleasantries that I have been exposed to lately, the first guests I welcomed this morning in my office were the representatives of the Sarajevo Jewish community and the La Benevolencija association, who came to express their support. This support exactly is a clear sign that I have become a target with no reason and that everything that does not resemble me or the city I lead is being attributed to me,” said Karic, reiterating the importance of this gesture.

The visit comes after Israeli businessman Amir Gross Kabiri accused Karic on several occasions of “supporting Hamas” and sending her disturbing content via social networks, which led Karic to report Kabiri to police.
