The Ministry of the Interior of Sarajevo Canton (MoI KS) is currently executing established security protocols following an anonymous threat directed at several addresses. Mersiha Novalic, the spokesperson for MoI KS, confirmed that the report alleges "homemade explosive devices have been placed at several strategically important locations in Sarajevo," with warnings of impending violence.

The threatening email specifically claims that one kilogram of explosives has been planted at the Sarajevo City Center (SCC), while two kilograms, equipped with a remote detonator, are allegedly located at the Alta Shopping Centre. The message further asserts that operatives are awaiting a command to activate the devices.

In addition to the bomb threats, the correspondence contained a targeted threat against the Chair of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Becirovic, stating an intent to assassinate him following the initial actions.

The message concluded with a series of extremist hostilities:

"Death to the State, Death to Muslims, Death to the Police, Death to the President of Bosnia, we arrive today."

Novalic confirmed that the competent prosecutor has been formally notified and that the specified premises will undergo thorough inspections.

"Specific verifications are currently underway, and a subsequent decision will be made regarding potential evacuations and counter-diversionary (KDZ) inspections. However, examinations of the buildings will certainly be conducted," Novalic stated.

The threatening email was dispatched to various media outlets, as well as the Border Police and the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).
