On July 11, a student at the Sarajevo Faculty of Criminology and Security Studies, Sladjana Todic made shameful statements on her Instagram profile. She glorified Ratko Mladic, convicted before the Hague Tribunal for the genocide in Srebrenica and other war crimes, and shamefully said: "It’s good that we killed you, f*** off." After the disturbing announcement, her student colleagues announced a protest gathering.

In her Instagram post, she also wrote “Convicted to immortality. You were and always will be our hero. Long live the general.”

“Sarajevo Canton’s Interior Ministry received several reports regarding this event. The on-duty prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office was informed, who stated that the aforementioned event qualifies as the criminal offence of Inciting national, racial and religious hatred, discord and intolerance from Article 145a of the CC of BiH and that the complete operative material be submitted to the jurisdiction of the BiH Prosecutor's Office,” the police said.
