By organizing the "All Serb Assembly" and adopting a declaration, which is a summary of previous SANU (Serbian Academy of Arts and Sciences) memorandums, all manipulations of Aleksandar Vucic and his regime have been exposed, announced the Party of Democratic Action (SDA).

They stated that no domestic or foreign officials can pretend to be unaware that the separatist policies of Milorad Dodik are backed by the political leadership of Serbia and the Serbian Orthodox Church, with the support of Russia.

The “All Serb Assembly” is a continuation of the Greater Serbian project, an attempt to dominate other nations and an attack on the sovereignty of states that suffered armed aggression from Milosevic's regime. The adopted declaration is a direct attack on Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Dayton Peace Agreement, thereby threatening stability and peace.

Only the naive can be deceived by declarative statements about peace and respect for the territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, while simultaneously working towards the “peaceful separation” narrative to enable the “union” of Serbia and the RS entity, SDA believes.

The treatment of the RS entity as a “Serbian state” and “shared space” with Serbia; encouraged Dodik's regime to continue unconstitutional attacks on the competencies of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina; insisting on the so-called “original Dayton,” which would nullify all previous reforms and laws adopted with the participation of Serbian political representatives; attacking the Office of the High Representative (OHR) as part of the Dayton Peace Agreement; usurping Bosnia and Herzegovina's energy and other resources; and establishing a unified payment and financial system are just some of the aggressive moves announced from Belgrade, according to the SDA.

“The Greater Serbian Assembly and the adopted declaration are a clear warning to all pro-Bosnian forces. Burying heads in the sand, retreating from their policies, and relativizing their moves only further encouraged Vucic and Dodik.

Messages from Belgrade and clear support from Moscow are a warning to the USA, the UK, and other powers backing the Dayton Peace Agreement. Serbia clearly does not respect the Agreement and must be unequivocally warned about the consequences,” the SDA stated.

They added that the goals of the Greater Serbian policy cannot be achieved peacefully.

“Therefore, its creators must be stopped in time. The mistake of a delayed intervention towards Milosevic's and Karadzic's regime must not be repeated. This time, the absence of a decisive and timely reaction could rapidly lead the entire region to conflict and instability,” the SDA's statement concluded.
