Citizens' association ReStart BH, as well as other groups of citizens, announced a protest at 1:30 pm in front of the Federation (FBiH) entity Parliament in Sarajevo after the High Representative, Christian Schmidt imposed an ad hoc solution on the formation of the FBiH government. Sarajevo Canton’s Interior Ministry told N1, the request had not arrived until this morning. A group of citizens is planning to walk from Sebilj, in the Old Town Square to the FBiH Parliament building. The gathering in front of the Parliament is planned for 1 p.m., an hour before the session of the House of Representatives, where the vote on the appointment of the FBiH Government is to be held.
Several citizens are already waiting in front of the Parliament since midnight.
The FBiH Police Administration has not received any request either.
According to the Sarajevo Canton Public Assembly Law, the organizer of the assembly is obliged to announce a peaceful assembly no later than five days before the start of the assembly. An exception to this can be made for some extraordinary, well-justified reasons when the application can be submitted no later than 48 hours before the assembly.

The Democratic Action Party (SDA) invited its members, sympathizers and all other citizens to join the protests on Friday at 1:30 pm.
They stated that with this protest they want to express their opposition to the decision of the High Representative, Christian Schmidt, which, “suspends the FBiH Constitution, ignores the electoral will of the Bosniaks and tries to impose an unconstitutional Government of the FBiH.”
A Tuzla citizen contacted N1 claiming that she received the same invitation to protests via SMS message, and the name of the sender was the SDA BiH (photo below).
She also told N1 that she was not the only one who received this type of message, but that the same invitation was widely shared on social networks.
