Serbian delegation arrives in Banja Luka to mark unconstitutional January 9

Commemorations for January 9 as the Day of Republika Srpska (RS) have commenced in the entity, despite the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina declaring the date unconstitutional.
