Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina after being denied entry by helicopter.
Bosnia and Herzegovina's Foreign Minister Elmedin Konakovic explained to N1 that the request for the helicopter's flight with Vulin arrived late on Friday, bypassing the proper procedure. He emphasized that Vulin would not be granted entry into Bosnia and Herzegovina until he changes his views on the country.
In a statement to the media, Vulin claimed to respect the laws of every country and commented on the entry ban.
“This is malice and meanness. If he could, Dino Konakovic would completely ban me from entering Bosnia and Herzegovina. This malice lasted one day. At that moment, he felt big, important, and powerful. It is not good for a state to showcase itself only through prohibitions. Also, it wouldn’t be bad to mention, what’s the problem with coming to Prebilovci,” Vulin stated.
Vulin downplayed the importance of the incident, stating that he understands the laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“I come from Manjaca, Republika Srpska is mine. I have come among my people and my friends, God is with us,” concluded Vulin.
