Spectacular welcome of Velez FC after defeating the Greek AEK

About three hours after midnight, Velez football players arrived from Athens, and they were greeted in Mostar by a large crowd of fans, who had previously created a great atmosphere on the streets of Mostar.

Velez coach Fedha Dudic promised before leaving for Greece that the players would also get a haircut if Velez knocked out AEK.

As Velez defeated AEK, Dudic was among the first to fulfil his promise. Early this morning, he got a haircut at the Mostar airport.

Velez won the first match in Sarajevo with 2:1, and in return, they lost with 1:0 in regular time, after which the match went into overtime, and after that to penalties.

Velez will play against the Swedish Elfsborg in the third qualifying round of the Conference League, and the first game is scheduled for next week in Sweden.
