Slovenian cyclist Mihael Štajnar has etched his name into the record books as the first-ever winner of the Tour of Bosnia and Herzegovina, claiming overall victory in the debut edition of the race.

Over the course of three demanding stages, he emerged as the most complete rider, maintaining control in key moments to secure the general classification title.

The inaugural Tour of Bosnia and Herzegovina immediately signalled its ambitions, covering nearly 390 kilometres from Sarajevo to the Adriatic coast in Neum.
