State of natural disaster declared in Blidinje Nature Park area

The helicopters of Bosnian Armed Forces joined the local firefighters in an attempt to put out the three-kilometres long fire line alongside the fire brigades from the neighbouring towns of Mostar, Grude, Citluk, Siroki Brijeg, Tomislavgrad and Jablanica.

Although the blaze has been put under control at some locations, strong winds constantly threaten that the fire flares up again.

The wildfires that have been threatening the municipalities of Konjic ,Capljina and Citluk these days were extinguished.
