“Explosions were heard near Srebrenica. Suddenly, four meters in front of me on this playground, an explosion, a detonation. For a few minutes, I was unconscious. When I woke up, I saw massacred bodies around me, boys, my friends. Screaming, crying… Those who were alive called for help. A few more shells fell, and I managed to escape to a nearby house,” Hasanovic recalled.
The organizers of the commemoration of the anniversary of this crime were the “Srebrenica Mothers” Association in cooperation with the Deputy Mayor of the Srebrenica Municipality.
