Three fires in Zenica, firefighters asking for helicopter assistance

Three forest fires are currently active in the Zenica region and the biggest one is on Lisac. The flames are raging over an inaccessible terrain.

Much of the forest has already burned down. The Zenica Professional Fire Brigade warned the population to pay attention to the weather during the spring cleaning, but also whether they can control what they set on fire.

The fire on Zmajevac that threatened the houses is under control. In just the last seven days, firefighters in Zenica have had 60 interventions on forest fires. Firefighters are asking for help in the form of helicopters.
