Tiramisu, Muffins, Halva, various small cakes, but also salads and savoury pastries. All these can be bought today in front of Bey’s Mosque in Sarajevo, and they were prepared by hardworking Turkish women who are collecting aid for those affected by the earthquake.

“It was prepared by my Turkish and Bosnian friends, we prepared everything by hand, and we just want to sell it,” said Hatidza Kupra-Dolas from the Dzulbahar women's Association.

Hatidza said that they founded the Association three months ago, and after the earthquake, they knew they had to do something.

“Only bad news is coming. But we need to cover our ears and just work. We should work and do good in silence. If we just talk about it, it means we are not doing anything for them. We need to work in silence,” Hatidza told N1.
