United Group shareholders Solak and Boklag launch legal action to block sale of United Media

Dragan Solak, the former Chairman of the Board of United Group (UG), and Viktorija Boklag, the former CEO of UG, have initiated legal proceedings, on Tuesday, against three entities controlled by BC Partners through the companies Gerrard Enterprises LLC and Cable Management Company Ltd. According to the official statement, the objective of the proceedings is to halt the sale of United Group's media business, an action they state is being conducted in violation of the Shareholders' Agreement.
