In a video address, Ginkel noted that the partnership coincides with the 250th anniversary of the US Declaration of Independence, celebrating American excellence alongside partners in Bosnia.
A specialized exhibition booth hosted by the US Embassy and the American Chamber of Commerce will showcase US companies and facilitate connections with the local market. Ginkel confirmed his attendance on the opening day, expressing optimism that the event will drive further commercial cooperation and inviting the public and business community to participate.
The official partnership was finalized in May when Ginkel signed a memorandum of understanding with representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce and fair organizers.
Scheduled from 23 to 26 September, the fair is set to host a record 800 exhibitors from 21 countries, utilizing over 8,000 square metres of indoor and 15,000 square metres of outdoor exhibition space. Ginkel will also participate in the event's central panel discussion, which will address "Energy Sustainability in BiH with a Focus on the Southern Interconnection."
