US ambassador: Talks on reforms have to include opposition and citizens as well

The ruling in the Sejdic-Finci case, which concerns the election rules and laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has not been implemented for 12 years and no progress has been made about this, US Ambassador Eric Nelson warned, recalling that some other rulings too have identified the shortcomings in the Constitution and that the time has come to solve this problem.
