Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban will pay an official visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina on January 25, the office of Bosnian prime minister Zoran Tegeltija told N1.
Orban is coming to Sarajevo at Tegeltija's invitation, after he recently met with Serb member of Bosnia's tripartite Presidency Milorad Dodik in Banja Luka.
The Hungarian official announced the trip to Banja Luka as a “friendly and working visit,” where he was accompanied with Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto.
The meeting that lasted approximately two hours was held behind closed doors.
“We are grateful to Hungary for understanding it has for Republika Srpska (Bosnia's Serb-majority region where Dodik's SNSD is the ruling party),” Dodik told media after the meeting.
