Without OHR, foreign judges, Bosnia at risk of break-up, Schmidt says

Christian Schmidt, the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, told N1 that without the Office of the High Representative (OHR) and foreign judges in the country’s Constitutional Court, Bosnia would be at risk of conflict and disintegration.
