Construction of a Wind farm in the Livno region has been agreed today, during the ninth Sarajevo Business Forum. This great investment project will be located near the Croatian border. The cooperation memorandum has been signed by the CEO of Enprode company from Turkey Yuksel Guler and the Bosnian Imres Smart company representative Pero Vrduljak.

“The first phase of the project will be the construction of a 100 MW wind farm, after which the second phase will follow, consisting of a 100 MW hydropower plant. Since these are renewable energy projects, they will certainly contribute to solving the uncertainty of liberal energy prices,” said Yuksel Guler CEO of the Enprode company.

“With this project, we will connect the Bosnian energy system. The project’s strategic mission is to integrate Bosnia into the European Union’s interconnection system and to offer services to great energy players in the EU market.”
