A tram modelled after the first electric tram seen in Sarajevo in 1895 passed through the central part of the city on Thursday, marking the 123rd anniversary of tram public transportation in Bosnian capital city.

The first tram replica circled the tram route from the Railway Station to the Bascarsija Square in the Old Town, celebrating in this way 100 plus years of this means of transportation in Sarajevo, which was the first city in Europe after Berlin to introduce the electric tramway.
