One of the most respected contemporary film authors, Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan will be the guest of the 24th Sarajevo Film Festival’s (SFF) “Dedicated” programme.

Ceylan who is an exceptional artist is described by critics as an author with an original cinematic style based on exceptionally emotional films of unique atmosphere, questioning traditional values and family relations. His films explore the human soul and deal with existential issues such as life and death, said the SFF.

The SFF said they will present a photo exhibition of his selected works in order to further familiarise the audience with Ceylan’s rich artistic work.
