An Inquiry Board tasked with reviewing how authorities conducted an investigation into the controversial death of Belgrade student David Dragicevic had exceeded its competencies and breached the Constitution of Republika Srpska (RS), Bosnia’s Serb-dominated part, RS ruling party lawmakers said.
