Unknown perpetrators damaged overnight the car of Drasko Stanivukovic, one of the most vocal opposition figures in Bosnia's Serb-majority part.
Stanivukovic is a member of the Party for Democratic Progress (PDP) and a lawmaker in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (RS), one of the two semi-autonomous entities within the country.

He has openly criticised the current RS Government, saying it is brutal and autocratic.
After he went public about the attack on Tuesday, numerous officials in the RS reacted.
PDP leader Borislav Borenovic called what happened “a warning with a mafia signature,” questioning if police can be trusted to solve the crime.
A lawmaker from the opposition Serb Democratic Party (SDS), Nebojsa Vukanovic, asked for police to react urgently.
“Drasko and I came together from Trebinje with that vehicle, we were together at a press conference yesterday, and this is not only a message to Drasko. It is a message to all citizens that they are not safe and that mafia rules in this state,” he said.
“We ask of the Interior Ministry to detain the attackers within 48 hours, and most of all those who ordered it, as the attackers are unimportant – those were surely some small-scale criminals who were paid to do so,” Vukanovic said.
“If not, we should persist in demanding the dismissal of Interior Minister Dragan Lukac,” he added.
Police in Banja Luka said officers inspected the crime scene and launched an investigation.
