The head of Bosnia’s Islamic Community extended his congratulations to the head of the country’s Jewish Community for the holiday of Passover.

The holiday reminds people of the value of freedom, Efendi Husein Kavazovic said in his message to Jakob Finci.

He wished the Jewish people in Bosnia and Herzegovina to celebrate their holiday in peace, health, safety and happiness.

“May this holiday of freedom and hope be filled with the spirit of joy, peace and happiness,” the message said.
