The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections 'Pod Lupom' reported 120 critical situations by 2 pm on Sunday, which were resolved with the help of the central election commission and local commission observing the process, adding that they recorded a 35.2 percent turnout.

During this time, the Coalition of observers made 24 remarks at various polling stations. Most of the objections resulted in the correction of the observed irregularity at the polling station.

Irregularities in the voting process (one person is issued multiple ballots, one person voted more than once or one person votes on behalf of another person who did not show up at the polling station) were recorded at 12 polling stations. Taking photos of ballots were recorded at polling stations in Novi Grad, Novi Sarajevo, Brcko District, Ilidza and Sanski Most.
