Authorities find 71 Chinese nationals working Illegally at Komanje Brdo solar project

As part of routine operations, inspectors from the Service for Foreigners’ Affairs on October 3, 2025, carried out an inspection of the residence and employment status of foreign nationals at the Komanje Brdo site, municipality of Stolac. During the inspection, a total of 141 citizens of the People’s Republic of China were found, 71 of whom were employed without previously approved temporary residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina and without work permits.
