District Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka, administrative centre of Bosnia's Republika Srpska entity, formed a case against international peace envoy in Bosnia and Herzegovina based on the report submitted by Republika Srpska president Milorad Dodik, according to local media.
Public broadcaster RTRS reported that the case has been assigned to the acting prosecutor.
Dodik previously filed criminal report against High Representative Christian Schmidt and Dragan Prusina, director of the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He said explaining his decision that he acted because “he has been dealing with the affairs of the High Representative without authorization for a long time, for which there is no decision of the UN Security Council.”
“With the intention of causing damage to the RS, Schmidt falsely presents himself as an official, knowing that he was not appointed in accordance with Annex 10 of the Dayton Peace Agreement. By doing so, he committed the criminal acts of unauthorized practice of a certain profession and false representation under Articles 310 and 313 of the Criminal Code of the RS,” he said.
