BiH Const. Court: Schmidt's Election Law amendments in line with Constitution

Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Constitutional Court said that the amendments to the FBiH Constitution and the changes to the BiH Election Law imposed by High Representative Christian Schmidt on October 1, are in accordance with the country’s Constitution and Article 1 of Protocol No. 12 to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the articles of the International Convention on the abolition of all forms of racial discrimination and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
