Bosnia’s Human Rights and Refugees Minister Sevlid Hurtic, met Thursday with members of the Organizing Committee for the commemoration of the 28th anniversary of the genocide in Srebrenica with whom he stressed the importance of the anniversary being marked without any problems.
Hurtic spoke with the president of the Organizing Committee and the Deputy Mayor of Srebrenica, Hamdija Fejzic, and secretary Nermin Alivukovic, who informed him about the activities related to the preparations for the commemoration.
The interlocutors agreed that it is extremely important that the complete program commemorating the anniversary of the genocide in July of this year be organized at the highest level, and that it passes without problems and difficulties.
They also discussed the current projects being carried out in Srebrenica and the financing from the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, as well as the future planned activities of the Ministry.
