BiH's first agent at ICTY Francis Boyle passed away
The first agent of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Francis Boyle, passed away on January 30 at the age of 75.

Boyle was a former agent of Bosnia and Herzegovina in The Hague and a professor of international law at the University of Illinois.
In addition, Boyle served as an advisor to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Provisional Government of the Palestinian Authority.
He also represented two citizen associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and was involved in filing charges against Slobodan Milosevic for genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
