Representatives in the United Nations Security Council are still waiting for the report by the High Representative of the international community in BiH in order to form an opinion on the situation in the country which they will present at the session on May 11, BiH’s Ambassador to the UN, Sven Alkalaj, told N1.

“There will be a discussion of blockades of the regime, blockades by parties that act as a disruptive factor, and ways to resolve the situation in BiH, that is, to make things move forward,” Alkalaj said.

Alkalaj said that diplomats are waiting for the report from the High Representative to state their final position on developments in BiH.

Alkalaj said that the diplomats will likely call for officials in BiH to return to state institutions and take a position against parallel decisions being made at lower government levels in BiH so the country can finally move forward on reforms necessary for its path towards EU integration.
