The basketball team of Bosnia and Herzegovina defeated the selection of Hungary with a score of 83:78 in the match played in Skenderija’s "Mirza Delibasic" hall in Sarajevo, within the 3rd round of the second phase of the World Championship qualifiers.
The Hungarians opened the game with a three-point shop but the dragons, as BiH national teams are affectionately called, played well and by the end of the first quarter the score was 23:18.
In the second quarter, the BiH team played well after scoring 52:38 at the end of the half of the match.
Dragons continued to play decisively and at the start of the third quarter achieved a 17-point lead. But, in the next attack, the Hungarians hit a three-pointer under a foul and use a free throw.
The Hungarians returned to the match and by the end of the quarter they caught up to a single-digit deficit (59:51). This is when Bosnia experienced a total drop in performance. After three quarters the score was 62:64 for Hungarians.

However, in the fourth quarter, the BiH team played brilliantly and achieved an important victory with a final score of 83:78.
