Bosnia fails to adopt Day of Mourning for Tuzla fire victims

Following the devastating fire at the retirement home in Tuzla that claimed 12 lives, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) and Brčko District declared a Day of Mourning. However, the Council of Ministers failed to reach a consensus to extend the observance to the entire country.
