Bosnian prosecution issues indictment for six genocide suspects

Six former members of the Bosnian Serb army including Lazar Ristic, Mladen Mihajlovic, Sreten Milosevic, Dragoja Ivanovic, Stanoja Bircakovic and Milorad Brcakovic were arrested under the genocide suspicion on December 15, 2023.

The Prosecutor's Office will interrogate 141 witnesses, most of them under the protection measures, and will provide findings and opinions of the military and medical experts to prove the allegations from the indictment, as well as more than 500 material pieces of evidence.

The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
