Bosnian Serb sentenced to 10 years for multiple rapes in Foca

Ivanovic was found guilty, in his capacity as a member of the Army of Republika Srpska, of committing a crime against humanity in the Foca area.

By decision of the Court, measures banning Ivanovic from travel have been extended.

The trial in this case began in February last year.

An appeal against this verdict is allowed before the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BIRN reported.
