According to Bosnia’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Bisera Turkovic, US President, Joe Biden, expressed interest in the situation in BiH and said the country was “always on his mind” when she briefly spoke to him at the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II on Monday.
“During a short meeting with Joseph Biden, President of the United States of America, the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dr. Bisera Turkovic, thanked him for the help that this country continuously provides to Bosnia and Herzegovina in reform processes and progress,” Turkovic wrote on Facebook.

“During the conversation, President Biden was interested in the situation and progress of BiH and said that Bosnia and Herzegovina is always on his mind,” she wrote.
Turkovic added that she pointed out the importance of US support in maintaining peace and stability in BiH and the Western Balkans.
