Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmedin Konakovic, received the EU Delegation Chief and Special Representative to BiH, Ambassador Johann Sattler, for a farewell meeting.

During the discussion, they covered the current political situation in Bosnia, European integration, reform processes in the country, and regional relations. Minister Konakovic thanked Ambassador Sattler for his cooperation and contribution to Bosnia's progress towards EU membership, highlighting the success of his diplomatic mandate.

Ambassador Sattler expressed satisfaction with the significant strides Bosnia made during his tenure, particularly achieving EU candidate status and the European Council's decision to open accession negotiations with Bosnia.
